"I started with New Generation when they were just trying to get off the ground. They asked me for a one year payment in advance and I trusted them to make it and they did. Last week I didn't put my trash out in time for them when they came to pick up and I put my trash out late and 6:00 rolled around and I called Mr. Flores and left a message saying that he didn't come. He called me back promptly and courteously and said that he came but my trash wasn't out. I said"Oh my, I put it out late because I was cutting grass and didn't finish until 5:00" and he said " Don't worry, Sir, I'll be right over" and darned if he wasn't. I couldn't believe it. What service; he came all the way over and picked up my trash so it wouldn't sit for a week. I love him. It's not the first time he's done something special and I'm sure it won't be the last. Good people."
